(also known as ICM-Semi) is a fabless integrated circuit design company specializing in the research, development, and sales of high-precision, low-power battery management systems (BMS) and high-efficiency power management integrated circuits (PMIC). The company's founding team comes from globally recognized IC design firms, with the core members possessing over 15 years of experience in the design, R&D, and production testing of BMS and PMIC technologies.

A notable achievement was the 2017 development of the world's smallest single-cell lithium battery management chip, which challenged the long-standing dominance of Japanese manufacturers in this segment and has since shipped over one billion units. The product lineup is designed for high precision, low power consumption, and high reliability, finding applications in smartphones, wearable devices, power tools, handheld vacuum cleaners, Bluetooth speakers, and small-scale energy storage. For instance, its CM1004 series has been adopted in high-end smartphones, providing a complete charging management solution.

The company has secured significant financial backing to fuel its growth. In late 2021, it completed its first funding round, raising tens of millions of yuan. This was followed by a second round in August 2022, which brought in nearly 200 million yuan from investors including Core Motion Investment and Shenzhen Capital Group, with existing shareholders also increasing their investment. In 2024, the company was fully acquired by 3PEAK.
