CarterX's core service allows passengers to have their luggage picked up, securely packed with tamper-evident seals, insured, and transported to the airport check-in counter. On arrival, luggage can be collected from the baggage claim and delivered to the passenger's final destination. The entire process is managed through a digital platform that allows for booking, online payment, and real-time tracking of the baggage. Beyond airport transfers, the company provides inter-terminal transfers, city-to-city cargo services, and local delivery options. CarterX has established strategic partnerships with major Indian airlines like IndiGo, SpiceJet, AirAsia, and Vistara to integrate its services, making them accessible via airline portals and travel agencies.

Since its inception, CarterX has processed over 200,000 orders and expanded its operations to major airports including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The company has successfully raised capital through multiple funding rounds, with investments from Mumbai Angels Network, Venture Catalysts, and JPIN, among others, to fuel its expansion and service development.
