In a significant milestone, Sydney-based Quadrant Private Equity (QPE) signed an agreement in August 2025 to acquire Carlisle Health for over $130 million, a transaction expected to close in September 2025. This partnership is intended to fuel the next growth phase, including investments in existing and new clinics, the introduction of new complex modalities, and funding for additional acquisitions. Prior to this, Carlisle Health had made several acquisitions, including Exact Radiology Practice in May 2023.
