Cambodian Investment Management (CIM) is a financial services and corporate advisory firm founded in 2009 by Anthony Galliano. Before starting the company, Galliano had a two-decade career as an international senior banking executive with institutions like Citibank and ANZ Bank. He established the firm in Cambodia to capitalize on the country's business-friendly environment, including policies that allow 100% foreign ownership and a dollarized economy.

CIM provides accounting, payroll, tax compliance, human resources advisory, and company incorporation services. The company also handles tax and Ministry of Labor registrations, work permits, visas, nominee services, and insurance advisory. In 2016, a significant milestone occurred when Tanncam Investment acquired a 40% stake, injecting capital that fueled further growth and expansion.
CIM is the flagship company of Cambodian Investment Management Holding, which is jointly owned by Anthony Galliano and Tanncam Investment. The holding company oversees a portfolio of businesses, including a licensed tax agent, an audit firm, an insurance broker, and companies specializing in serviced offices (Phnom Penh BG Serviced Offices) and human resources (Premium Human Resources). In late 2024, it was announced that Cambodian Investment Management's accounting services would join the Moores Rowland Asia Pacific Network and rebrand as Moores Rowland (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. This integration enhanced the firm's capabilities, adding services such as ESG audits and pre-IPO consultancy.
