The combination created a more integrated end-to-end supply chain, serving a network of 230,000 retailers and 600 brands across 65 cities in Indonesia at the time of the deal.

Over the years, Bizzy evolved its services. In 2019, it restructured into Bizzy Group, expanding its scope beyond e-procurement to include comprehensive supply chain services. This structure comprised four main units: Bizzy Marketplace, Bizzy Consolidation, Bizzy Logistics, and Bizzy Distribution. This expansion was facilitated by merging with two larger, established companies from the Sinar Mas Group: PT Bina Sinar Amity (Bizzy Logistics) and PT Sinarmas Distribusi Nusantara (Bizzy Distribution). This move provided Bizzy with substantial assets, including extensive warehouse space and a large fleet of trucks, strengthening its logistics and distribution capabilities nationwide. The platform generates revenue by facilitating transactions in its marketplace and providing logistics, distribution, and procurement software services. Following the acquisition by Warung Pintar, Bizzy continues to focus on bridging the gap between brands and distributors within the larger ecosystem, aiming to enhance product availability and price stability for retailers.
