greater pool of customers.

BSC looks for the following criteria in its investments:

● Competitive positions (through product strength, branding, and customer loyalty)

● Stable profitability and cash flow

● Capacity to grow

● Industry verticals including: Consumer, niche manufacturing, business services

BSC seeks to unlock the next phase of growth for its companies, capitalizing on the strength of the

existing businesses. Target companies have revenues ranging from $4 million to over $100 million and

EBITDA ranging from $1M-$15M.
