BikeRush operates as a Web3 decentralized application (DApp) centered around a "Ride-To-Earn" model, integrating Game-Fi and Social-Fi elements. The platform is designed for cyclists, enabling them to earn cryptocurrency tokens by riding outdoors. To participate, users need to acquire a Bike non-fungible token (NFT) which allows them to earn tokens through real-world cycling and in-game races. The business model relies on a dual-token system. The in-game token, BST (BikeRush Token), is earned by users through riding and can be used for activities within the app like minting new bike NFTs, upgrading equipment, or it can be exchanged for cash. The second is BRT (BikeRush Governance Token), which functions as the governance token for the ecosystem and is used for game revenue distribution and high-level upgrades. Revenue streams include the sale and rental of NFT riding gear on the application's internal marketplace. Users' earnings are stored in an in-app wallet that has built-in exchange capabilities.

BikeRush's NFT bicycles have four main attributes that affect a user's earning potential: Performance, which influences the amount of BST rewards; Maintenance, which impacts the bike's lifespan; Control, for better ride quality; and Luck, which determines the probability of receiving random part boxes. The platform secured a $6.5 million funding round led by Negentropy Capital, with participation from LinkVC Capital, Vingo Capital, and the Kasan Amina Family Fund, intended for team expansion and market promotion.
