Bayındır Healthcare Group is a Turkish healthcare provider established in 1992, operating as a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası. In August 2025, it was announced that Acıbadem Health Group acquired an 80% stake in Bayındır for $55 million, with İş Bankası retaining a 20% share. Following the acquisition, the group's facilities will operate under the “Acıbadem-Bayındır” brand.

The group operates a network of JCI (Joint Commission International) accredited hospitals and dental clinics primarily in Ankara and Istanbul. The network includes Bayındır Söğütözü Hospital, Kavaklıdere Hospital, and İçerenköy Hospital, along with multiple dental clinics. The Söğütözü hospital, founded in 1992, was notably the first private hospital in Turkey to establish a Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit.

Bayındır provides a wide range of medical services to both domestic and international patients.
