Baseline Community + Workspace

Baseline is a community-centric workspace located in Dublin's Liberties, specifically designed for early-stage founders and individuals engaged in experimentation, creation, and building. The community is composed of technical, creative, and commercial founders who share the experiences of early-stage startup development. Baseline emphasizes peer support and collaboration, with members stepping in to assist each other as needed. Unlike traditional programs, Baseline does not offer mentors or shared office spaces with dedicated desks. Instead, it provides a platform for self-directed founders who value being part of a like-minded peer group. The community hosts regular events, both during the day and in the evening, for members and invited guests. These gatherings serve as opportunities to learn, discuss challenges, and build relationships with other Baseline members and visiting world-class founders and investors. Baseline is tailored for founders in the pre-product to Series A stages, who benefit from working alongside peers rather than employees of large enterprises. The community is co-led by Eamon, a veteran with 25 years of experience in product development, team leadership, and community building, and Fiona, who has extensive experience consulting at a senior finance level with multinationals.
