Bagallery is a Pakistan-based e-commerce platform specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products. The company was co-founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team, Mina Salman and Salman Sattar. The venture originated from Mina Salman's passion for shopping and her identification of a market gap for authentic, branded products in Pakistan. She initially started selling high-end luxury bags through a Facebook page while living in the UAE. As demand grew, the business expanded its product categories and launched the official website, bagallery.com.

Mina Salman holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Media and previously worked as a Media Planner. Her experience as a beauty and wellness blogger also informed the company's direction. Salman Sattar brought over 15 years of experience in business development roles across Pakistan and the Middle East to the company, becoming CEO in March 2021. The business model focuses on providing a wide assortment of products, including skincare, makeup, fragrances, clothing, handbags, and watches for men, women, and children. Bagallery operates as an online retailer, generating revenue from the margins on products sold. The platform features products from over 2,000 brands, including major international names like L'Oréal, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble, ensuring product authenticity through direct partnerships. It serves a large customer base across Pakistan, with its website attracting over 2.7 million monthly visitors.

Since its inception, Bagallery has achieved significant milestones, including securing $900,000 in a Pre-Series A funding round in November 2020, led by Lakson Venture Capital. This was followed by a larger Series A round of $4.5 million in December 2021, co-led by Zayn Capital, Lakson VC, and Hayaat Global. This funding was aimed at technological upgrades, inventory management, expansion into new cities, and potential acquisitions of other fashion brands. The company has also introduced features like a virtual try-on with L'Oreal ModiFace, live streaming, and social commerce to enhance the customer experience. A key future project includes an influencer platform to connect influencers and customers directly through the website.
