AFM is a funds management platform targeting strong risk adjusted returns in Australian real estate via an opportunistic and flexible approach to market cycles.

The platform’s inaugural fund, Australian Diversified Property Fund 1 (ADPF1), was launched in 2019 and is invested across a diversified portfolio of residential, logistics, mixed use, large format retail and alternative assets.

ADPF1 is now closed for new commitments having reached its target size of $350m in equity
