The company established its headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, and expanded with offices in Belgium and India to support its international client base. Rather than pursuing rapid, venture-backed growth, the founders cultivated a deliberate, customer-focused culture. A significant event in the company's history occurred in April 2025, when Arkieva announced a major growth investment from Banneker Partners, a private equity firm specializing in software companies. This partnership marked a pivotal moment, signaling a new phase of accelerated growth and innovation for the 30-year-old company. The investment is intended to help Arkieva expand its market presence and further develop its software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings, which cater to both large corporations and smaller businesses.
