Arda Labs, founded in 2024 by Oli Harris, is a technology company building a universal operating system for the real estate market. Harris, the former head of digital asset strategy at JPMorgan Chase and a managing director in digital assets at Goldman Sachs, established the firm to address the inefficiencies within the $380 trillion real estate sector. In March 2025, Arda Labs secured $3 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Lightshift Capital.

Key features include Digital Asset Profiles, which create a verifiable and tamper-proof historical record for each property, similar to a credit score, and enable real-time money movement by directly linking payments to transactions.

Arda's target clients include institutions, enterprises, and governments, providing them with tools for digital interoperability and automated transactions. The business model is based on generating revenue through several streams: charging fees for access to its extensive real estate database, network fees for tokenizing assets and updating records on the blockchain, and transaction fees for activities such as buying, selling, or fractionalizing properties.
