This acquisition was a strategic move by Badger Meter to integrate Aquacue's intellectual property and enhance its own Advanced Metering Analytics systems. Following the acquisition, the Aquacue technology was incorporated into Badger Meter's offerings, continuing under the AquaCUE brand as a flow measurement management software.
