Aptimiz is an AgTech firm providing a platform to optimize agricultural operations through automated data collection and analysis. The core of Aptimiz's offering is a solution that automatically measures and analyzes work time, human and machine resources, and task allocation on farms. This is accomplished through a mobile application and/or dedicated sensors that use geolocation to track time spent per task, per person, per machine, and in specific zones like fields or buildings, without manual data entry. The platform serves a wide range of agricultural sectors, including arable farming, livestock, market gardening, and viticulture, helping farm managers make informed decisions to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Revenue is generated via an annual subscription model.

The platform provides detailed dashboards with key performance indicators, enabling users to analyze labor distribution, identify work peaks, and calculate the hourly profitability of different activities. This data assists in optimizing machinery costs, with potential reductions of 15% to 30%, and streamlines traceability and administrative tasks, saving significant time on data entry. In May 2023, Aptimiz secured a €3.1 million Series A funding round led by Demeter and Asterion Ventures to accelerate its commercial development across France and eventually Europe.
