Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a joint-stock company established through a partnership between the Anadolu Group, Isuzu Motors Limited, and Itochu. The company's origins trace back to 1965 with the establishment of Çelik Montaj, which initially produced trucks and motorcycles. A significant milestone was reached in 1983 when a license agreement was signed with Isuzu Motors Ltd., leading to the production of Isuzu vehicles starting in 1984 at the Kartal factory.
