Allmyapps was a French startup that provided a freemium application store for the Microsoft Windows operating system. The service allowed users to discover, install, update, and manage over 1,500 PC applications from a centralized platform. Its key feature was the ability to create lists of favorite applications that could be reinstalled in a single click, simplifying the setup of a new computer.
The company was founded by Thibauld Favre and initially developed an application manager for Ubuntu Linux. In 2010, Allmyapps shifted its focus to Windows and raised €1 million from Elaia Partners after entering Microsoft's IDEES program. A beta version launched at LeWeb in December 2010, where it won the Startup Pitch competition. By December 2011, the platform had amassed 2.5 million registered users.
Despite its initial traction and user growth, the company faced intense market competition and financial difficulties. After five years of operation, Allmyapps was acquired by ironSource in October 2014, marking the end of its journey as an independent entity.
