Alô Chefia provides a management system for the gastronomic sector that centralizes operational tasks through WhatsApp. The platform allows restaurant managers to handle inventory, purchasing, pricing, and cost of goods sold (CMV) calculations using text or audio commands. This approach is designed to simplify daily routines and overcome challenges related to training and time constraints for food service operators.
The company was co-founded in 2023 by Vinicius Zenorini (CEO), Pedro Muraki (CTO), Fernanda Ferrari (CMO), and Lucas Brouck. Brouck, a restaurant owner and business management consultant since 2022, brought his direct industry experience to the team. The idea for Alô Chefia emerged when friends approached Brouck about developing a system for laboratories, and he redirected the focus to the restaurant world, an industry he was deeply involved in.
Clients interact with the system primarily via WhatsApp, where they can log inventory movements, generate shopping lists, access technical sheets, and monitor waste. In addition to the WhatsApp interface, Alô Chefia offers a web-based platform with more advanced analytics and data visualizations. The business model is subscription-based, with plans available to suit different operational sizes. In early 2025, the company secured an investment from STAMINA Ventures, a fund specializing in the food chain, to accelerate its growth and develop new features.
