Ailaaj is a digital healthcare company in Pakistan that provides an end-to-end, personalized healthcare service. Founded in 2020 by CEO Hyder Mumtaz and Co-founder Bilal Mumtaz, the company is headquartered in Lahore. Ailaaj was formed through the acquisition of telehealth startup AugmentCare and online pharmacy Sehat.com.pk, both of which were incubated by the Fazal Din Group. The Fazal Din Group has been a significant name in Pakistan's healthcare sector for over 70 years, and Ailaaj continues this legacy by advancing healthcare services.

The company operates a vertically integrated primary care platform. This model consolidates multiple healthcare services into a single, accessible platform. Patients can receive diagnoses from PMDC (Pakistan Medical and Dental Council) certified doctors, order and receive medications, and access corporate health and wellness programs. The platform is designed to manage the entire patient journey, centralizing medical records and test results to simplify the healthcare process for users.

Ailaaj targets Pakistan's $4 billion pharmaceutical market, which is one of the fastest-growing in the world. Its business model generates revenue through its comprehensive healthcare offerings, including online consultations, medicine delivery, and corporate wellness solutions. In September 2021, Ailaaj raised $1.6 million in a seed funding round led by JS Group, with participation from Fazal Din Group, Leonine Tech Ventures, and other private equity investors.
