Ahgora Sistemas, a Brazilian HR technology firm, has carved a niche in the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector by providing real-time, data-driven solutions for people management. The platform converts data on employee presence, productivity, and access into strategic insights, enabling HR departments to become more efficient and data-oriented. In 2021, Ahgora expanded its HCM ecosystem by acquiring Velti, a time and access management software company, and WebTraining, an e-learning platform, for a total of R$30 million. This same year, it became the first Brazilian SAP Partner in the Time & Attendance segment.

A significant turning point occurred on January 12, 2023, when TOTVS, a leading Brazilian technology company, acquired Ahgora's software operations for R$380 million. This acquisition integrated Ahgora's HR solutions into TOTVS's extensive portfolio, aiming to provide a comprehensive digital journey for employees and enhance cross-selling opportunities. Before the acquisition, Ahgora demonstrated strong financial performance, with an average annual revenue growth of approximately 45% between 2019 and 2022.
