Under the new ownership of the Malpani Group, a diversified conglomerate with existing interests in amusement parks like Wet'nJoy, the company was rebranded as Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd. The Malpani Group, a business house with a legacy of over 100 years and interests in FMCG, real estate, and renewable energy, has embarked on an aggressive expansion plan for Imagicaaworld. This includes consolidating operations, which now comprise seven parks and a hotel, and planning further geographic growth with new parks under development in locations like Ahmedabad and Indore. The acquisition of land for developing what is planned to be India's largest waterpark in Ahmedabad underscores this expansion strategy.
The parks offer a wide array of attractions catering to all age groups. The flagship Imagicaa in Khopoli features themed zones, multiple roller coasters like 'Nitro', and attractions based on Bollywood films such as 'Mr. India'. The portfolio also includes Wet'nJoy water parks, the devotional theme park Sai Teerth in Shirdi, and a 5-star Novotel hotel at the Khopoli location, positioning the company as a comprehensive holiday destination.
