ADG National Investment and Technology Development Corporation (ADG., CORP) operates as a value-added distributor in Vietnam's information and communication technology (ICT) sector. Established in 2006, the company has accumulated over two decades of experience in the distribution of IT hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. The firm is led by Chairman Mr. Vu Minh Tuan and General Director Dang Vu Toan. In a significant strategic development, Singapore-based Keppel, through its subsidiary AsiaPac, acquired a 70% stake in ADG, integrating the company into its regional expansion plans.

ADG’s business model is centered on distributing a comprehensive portfolio of products from over 20 leading global technology brands. Its clientele includes businesses, government agencies, and other organizations, served through a vast network of more than 2,000 dealers across Vietnam. The company operates with a national footprint, with its headquarters in Hanoi and branch offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Can Tho. This extensive network allows ADG to deliver a wide array of ICT solutions and services effectively throughout the country.

The company's product offerings are extensive, covering enterprise solutions such as servers, storage, networking equipment, and cybersecurity. ADG distributes products from major international brands including Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Lenovo, Juniper Networks, NetApp, Oracle, NVIDIA, and Schneider Electric. The portfolio also features printers and scanners from Brother, UPS systems from Eaton and Riello, and structured cabling solutions from CommScope and Rosenberger. In early 2022, ADG became an official distributor for NVIDIA's server and artificial intelligence technologies in Vietnam, a move aimed at capitalizing on the growing demand for high-performance computing and AI solutions. More recently, in May 2025, ADG entered a strategic partnership with HP to distribute its enterprise computing solutions, particularly focusing on AI-integrated PCs.
