80&Company is a business co-creation company that partners with corporations, startups, and educational institutions to plan and develop new ventures. Founded in October 2018 by Hiroki Horiike, the firm provides end-to-end support for new business development, from ideation and team building to system development, branding, and growth hacking. Horiike, who attended Kyoto University's Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, started his first venture in 2010 while still a student.
