3C Deutschland GmbH is a technology partner and outsourcing service provider specializing in the automation of claims management processes for the insurance industry. Founded in 2006 by Dietmar Hartinger and Uwe Mengs, the company is headquartered in Heilbronn, Germany. A second office was established in Erfurt in June 2010 to focus on the material damage business sector.

The company's core business is a web-based platform that digitizes and automates the entire claims lifecycle, from initial submission to final settlement. This platform connects insurers with a network of relevant service providers, such as repair shops, appraisers, and restoration partners, streamlining communication and eliminating media disruption. Its services are designed for both the motor vehicle and property damage sectors, offering solutions for order dispatch, auditing of appraisals and invoices, and management of hail damage claims. By handling high-volume workflows, the platform enables clients to reduce processing times and operational costs, with reports of up to 80% of claims being processed fully automatically. The business model operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, providing clients with access to the technology without requiring significant initial investment.

Initially an independent company, 3C Deutschland was part of Experian from 2020 following an acquisition. In August 2025, a management buyout occurred in partnership with the private equity fund FLEX Capital. As part of this transaction, CEO Thorsten Haag and CTO and co-founder Uwe Mengs reinvested in the company and remain in their leadership roles. This new ownership structure aims to enhance the company's market position in the DACH region by investing in platform development, particularly through AI-based functionalities to further increase automation.
