276 Holdings is a fintech startup dedicated to resolving cash flow challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in South Korea. Founded in December 2019 by CEO Shin In-geun and other core members from KROSS, a major online e-bill brokerage, the company was established to offer a more efficient, market-oriented financial service.
The company operates a platform that provides funding solutions by leveraging companies' accounts receivable. As of early 2025, the platform had processed approximately 670 billion KRW (about 510 million USD) in SME receivables from over 1,070 companies. 276 Holdings offers two primary services: "FlowPoint," which digitizes and manages accounts receivable to support their liquidation, and "FlowPay," a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service for B2B raw material purchases. FlowPay, launched in 2024, functions by purchasing raw materials on behalf of businesses, which then repay the amount later, addressing immediate procurement needs without traditional loan processes. This service saw significant growth, recording 4.2 billion KRW in sales, a 400% year-over-year increase.
Shin In-geun, who holds a law degree from Chung-Ang University, has a background leading global projects at major corporations like Hyundai and POSCO International. His experience inspired the creation of services that foster shared growth, aiming to build a sustainable financial ecosystem for SMEs often overlooked by traditional financial institutions. The company's strategy involves using its proprietary data pipeline and the expertise of its team to develop advanced credit scoring models for inclusive financing. In March 2025, 276 Holdings secured a Series A investment from Korea Investment Accelerator to expand its SME financing solutions.
